Our professional team is multidisciplinary consisting of architects, designers, engineers, project and construction managers and sustainability specialists. They can together provide the integrated solutions and services that our clients require.

 

A second cornerstone of our operations are our in house construction crews. These skilled workers are at the basis of the quality workmanship during execution, and are as such a very important part of the K&H family.

Jimmy Gu – Managing Director

Jimmy graduated as interior designer from Tongji University. He has from his early career worked with very demanding clients on complex projects, providing him over the last 15 years with a very in-depth knowledge on all aspects of the interior fit-out trade. This experience together with his people skills and strategic business views, has provided him with a very solid basis and understanding for leading K&H to its current position.

Jimmy has since the consolidation in 2015 been appointed as legal representative and managing director of the entire K&H group successfully, leading all its operations.

Nelson Chen – Deputy GM – Head of Construction

Nelson has over 17 years of experience in interior fit-outs, with a strong project management and construction management background. He has been with K&H since the start of its niche workplace solutions department.

He currently heads the construction department, taking responsibility for the organization of onsite execution of our projects, and management of K&H’s in-house joinery factory.

Gang Chen – Deputy GM

Gang Chen is an interior decoration specialist with a rich expertise in multiple exhibition projects. He is also an active party member of the democratic revolution. With 25 years of experience in project management, Gang Chen has built a wealth of technical as well as management expertise, and is currently considered a well known leader in the industry.

Amongst his project experience are director and leadership roles for the Guangfulin Culture Exhibition Hall, Shanghai World Expo Africa joint Museum, Qinshan Nuclear Power Science and Technology Museum, Putian Science and Technology Museum, Chizhou Science and Technology Museum, Chuzhou Science and Technology Museum, Zhenjiang Science and Technology Museum, Ma'anshan Science and Technology Museum, Jining Science and Technology Museum, China Fishery Culture Museum, and etc.

Jin Huh – Director, Head of North, Middle and West China and APAC

Jin is a South Korean national holding master architecture degrees from well known universities in South Korea and USA.

A Leed Accredited Professional with over 25 years of working experience in the workspace design industry, Jin is recognized as an award winning designer in USA.

His passion for design is infectious, and in his leadership role as design director, he continually strives for and achieves high-quality design results together with the design team.

Zoom Cha – Associate Director - Head of BJ Office

Graduated from Shanghai University, Zoom is an enthusiastic professional project director, with over 12 years experience in project management.

He has been widely involved in numerous projects during the past years, mainly responsible for communicating and understanding the requirements of our clients precisely, allocating tasks to the team members and supervising and following up the project from the beginning to the end.

As a professional project director, Zoom possesses excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills. He is able to work under pressure in a complex and constantly evolving environment, with consistent creativity and sense of initiative in resolving problems.

Bert Ghys – Associate Director

Bert was trained an architect in Leuven, Belgium  and worked there for several years before coming to China over 10 years ago.

Trained as a designer, and with a strong sensitivity for quality, durability, functionality, he has a passion for bringing the design to reality through quality execution. Coming from a retail background prior to joining K&H, he has a very sharp eye for detail, both in design and execution.

Bert currently provides management support to the different teams, supervising and tracking projects from start to finish.

Grace Song – Head of HR and Finance

Grace is K&H’s Director of HR and Finance Department. Before joining in K&H, she has previously worked as CFO and Deputy General Manager, accumulating abundant experience in coorporate management.

She currently runs the day to day administrative, HR and financial departments, along the way updating procedures and regulations, following the needs of K&H growth, internationalization and improved standards.

She assist the management team with setting out goals and targets for annual work and development plans, and continuously monitors and improves the overall employee force structure and organization.

She is also involved in improving financial regulations and structures, and advises management on strategies for financial management of ongoing and future projects.

Ellen Liu – Sr. Account Manager Beijing

Ellen graduated received a bachelor’s degree from Shenyang Ligong University , and recently received her MBA from Tsinghua university in Beiing.

She joined the marketing team in K&H Beijing office over 5 years ago, and is currently the leading our Beijing marketing and acting as a sr. account manager for North of China based projects.

Her extensive experience working in the design and construction industry, her excellent communication skills, serviced mindedness, and drive for customer satisfaction and quality, have made her an appreciated member of the projects teams.

Thanks to her excellent communication skills, she has an good understanding of clients needs and can assure the implementation through her constant cooperation with the several departments.

Wentong Yu – Head of MEP engineering

Wentong graduated from the Xuzhou institute of technology and has over 20 years of experience in providing integrated and sustainable MEP solutions for workplaces.

He currently heads K&H’s MEP engineering department, heading a team of electrical, HVAC, and fire fighting services engineers.

With his extensive background, he is very familiar with both the engineering and design as the supervision of the onsite execution of the works.

Akuma has more than 10 years experience in project management, interior design and construction industry.

Experienced in the project management, quantity survey, interior design and construction professionalism. 

Leading various interior fit-out projects for all kinds of clients including commercial offices, retail stores, marts, laboratories, banks, hotels and hospitals etc.

Leading over 70 interior fit-out projects for all kinds of clients including commercial offices, retail stores, marts, laboratories, banks, hotels and hospitals throughout the career covering more than 6,000,000 square feet in size.

Ellen graduated received a bachelor’s degree from Shenyang Ligong University , and recently received her MBA from Tsinghua university in Beiing.

She joined the marketing team in K&H Beijing office over 5 years ago, and is currently the leading our Beijing marketing and acting as a sr. account manager for North of China based projects.

Her extensive experience working in the design and construction industry, her excellent communication skills, serviced mindedness, and drive for customer satisfaction and quality, have made her an appreciated member of the projects teams.

Thanks to her excellent communication skills, she has an good understanding of clients needs and can assure the implementation through her constant cooperation with the several departments.

Wentong Yu – Head of MEP engineering

Wentong graduated from the Xuzhou institute of technology and has over 20 years of experience in providing integrated and sustainable MEP solutions for workplaces.

He currently heads K&H’s MEP engineering department, heading a team of electrical, HVAC, and fire fighting services engineers.

With his extensive background, he is very familiar with both the engineering and design as the supervision of the onsite execution of the works.

Akuma has more than 10 years experience in project management, interior design and construction industry.

Experienced in the project management, quantity survey, interior design and construction professionalism. 

Leading various interior fit-out projects for all kinds of clients including commercial offices, retail stores, marts, laboratories, banks, hotels and hospitals etc.

Tony Wu – Project Director

Tony has more than 10 years experience in project management, interior design and construction industry.

Top level construction manager certified by China government as well as the safety officer qualification.

LEED Green Associate awarded by USGBC. 

Experienced in the project management, quantity survey, interior design and construction professionalism. 

Leading over 70 interior fit-out projects for all kinds of clients including commercial offices, retail stores, marts, laboratories, banks, hotels and hospitals throughout the career covering more than 6,000,000 square feet in size.
